Paper Submission Instructions
The paper submission website of ICCAE 2027 is open. Click here to submit your papers. (Online Submission System)
1. Papers submitted to ICCAE 2027 must follow the conference proceedings style, including the formats for tables, figures, and references.
2. Full papers must be a minimum of 4 Full Pages in length (including figures and references). Manuscripts exceeding 6 Pages will be subject to additional page charges.
3. Manuscripts must be submitted in English only.
4. Authors must prepare their submissions using the official ICCAE 2027 manuscript template. Non-compliant submissions will not be considered for review.
5. Please note that emails from ICCAE 2027 may be redirected to your spam or trash folder. Please adjust your spam filter settings accordingly and check these folders regularly.

Review Process of ICCAE
- Authors can submit manuscripts via the online submission system or the official conference email.
- The conference secretariat monitors EasyChair and the conference mailbox daily. All received papers will be assigned a unique ID and added to the official paper list promptly.
- Each submission first goes through a preliminary check on topic relevance, structure, completeness, format and similarity check.
- Eligible papers will be sent to at least 2–3 reviewers for peer evaluation.
- Acceptance or rejection results, along with review comments, will be notified to all authors on the scheduled decision day.
Plagiarism Policy of ICCAE
All submitted articles must present original, previously unpublished research results, whether experimental or theoretical. Manuscripts submitted to the conference must adhere to these criteria and may not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
We firmly uphold ethical conduct as the cornerstone of academic integrity. Plagiarism in any form constitutes unacceptable academic misconduct and will not be tolerated. If an author is found to have committed plagiarism, the following sanctions will be imposed:

Immediate rejection of the submitted manuscript or removal of the article from the conference proceedings.

Notification of the violation to the author's supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).

Reporting the violation to the relevant office of academic ethics and research funding agencies.

Reservation of rights to disclose the following details of the misconduct: Name(s) of the plagiarizing author(s); Title of the article; Affiliated institution(s); Full description of the ethical violation.
